I started VantageShift because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful coaching can be in unlocking transformation. It’s not just about solving problems, it’s about helping people become better collaborators, innovators, and decision-makers. Relationship-building has always been at the heart of my work. I’m deeply curious about how people think, learn, and make decisions—what they value, believe, and what motivates them. That understanding fuels meaningful growth.

My career spans over two decades across a range of industries and roles, including significant time in leadership. That breadth of experience gives me a grounded perspective on the challenges professionals and business owners face every day.

I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Coach through the University of Miami. I also hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and degrees in computer engineering and speech communication. I continue to invest in my own development through ongoing education and training in leadership, communication, and coaching best practices—so I can bring the most relevant insights and tools to every client I work with.
