Continuous Learning

Learning is a huge part of my life.

I relish the challenge of mastering new skills. Multiple times throughout my career, I purposely chose to pursue roles in areas that I hadn't worked in before or where I could apply my skills in new ways. I have degrees in very different courses of study and tested my mastery of new disciplines by earning certifications.

So, when the opportunity to learn even more presented itself, I didn't hesitate to take it.

Continuous learning is an important trait for leaders. Leaders who keep learning are better able to remain relevant and to propel innovation. Continuous learning can [also] give you the tools to navigate complexity, uncertainty and even failure with greater confidence. Leaders who continue to learn ask better questions and see out relevant knowledge that strengthens their teams and organizations.

I'm looking forward to adding this exciting new dimension to my practice. I look forward, too, to helping more clients discover their unique blends of strengths that can drive their success.
